HARD-BOP JAZZ MUSIC
SOMA TRIO are Jazz Trio based in Dublin, Ireland.The group formed in the Summer of 2011. All three members are students of the Jazz performance Degree in Newpark Music Centre.
The aim of the Trio is to capture the sounds and spirit of the 1950's Hard Bop era pioneered by Miles Davis, Art Blakey and Horace Silver.
Every Sunday night you can see the group play a mix of Arranged Standards, Blues and Original Compositions in ANSEO BAR on Wexford Street.
